GETTING TO KNOW ME
Elvin Juarbe is Owner and President of Xceptional Painting, a veteran owned and operated Commercial and Residential painting business with over 20 years of experience in project management. In addition, Elvin is the Chief Operations Officer and Relationship Director at CH Partners, a privately held Multi-Family investment company. He has been investing in real estate for over 15 years when at the age of 26, he acquired his first single-family rental property. He quickly understood the potential of the real estate industry and currently owns properties in 6 different markets. He looks to add value in whatever he does through wise negotiations and unmatched tenacity while providing leadership, direction, inspiration, and pioneering contributions.
A combat veteran with over 22 years of military service, Elvin has distinguished himself in the US Army as a strategic leader and Information Systems Engineer with extensive Cyber Security experience. He has been an Information Technology Program Manager for several multimillion dollars projects across the territory of the United States including Alaska and Hawaii and overseas countries such as Kuwait, South Korea, and Japan.
Elvin holds a Master of Science in Administration/Leadership from Central Michigan University. He is a life-long resident of the Lone Star State who now lives in Belton, TX with his wife Amarilis and their two sons Jadrian and Dariel. In his spare time, he volunteers for charity organizations such as Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legion, Scouting BSA, Lions Club, and the Rotary Club.
